1. About Adventure Outset

Adventure Outset is based in New Zealand and provides:

Digital trip-planning templates for Notion,
Information and resources related to outdoor adventure planning, and
Consulting services to support individuals and teams with trip or product planning.

We may also publish blog posts, guides, or other educational content, and provide links to our Discord community, social media, and email newsletter.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this Site, you agree to these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

3. Use of the Site

Adventure Outset digital templates are sold through authorized platforms including Lemon Squeezy, Notion Marketplace, or other approved distribution partners.

Payments are securely processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our payment processor and merchant of record. By purchasing a product, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

Access to purchased templates is provided for personal use within your own Notion workspace unless otherwise specified.

Adventure Outset is not responsible for third-party processing, technical issues, or account management on those platforms.

Consulting services may be scheduled or purchased through linked booking systems.

Separate agreements may apply for consulting engagements.

5. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a template, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for personal or internal business use.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template files
Publish the template publicly for download
Duplicate the template for resale
Use the template to create a competing product

Unauthorized distribution may result in termination of access and legal action.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

If you experience technical issues or believe you purchased in error, please contact us at support@adventureoutset.com within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds may be granted at our discretion.

7. Community and Third-Party Links

This Site may include links or integrations with third-party platforms such as Discord, YouTube, Notion, or social media sites.

Adventure Outset does not control or endorse these platforms and is not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices.
